FIABCI-USA GRAND PRIX

Real Estate Recognition Awards

 

The FIABCI-USA Grand Prix of Real Estate is an annual competition that recognizes American real estate development projects embodying excellence in the many disciplines involved in their creation. This prestigious award is an affirmation of the FIABCI ideal of providing society with optimal solutions to its property needs, inclusively making for better places to live, work, and play. In order to be eligible for the 2025 Grand Prix, projects must have been completed within the past five years and operational for at least 12 months by December 31, 2025.

 

All entries will be judged on specific criteria by a panel of real estate experts. Those achieving exemplary status will be recognized by FIABCI-USA at an awards ceremony that takes place during one of our national conferences. Winners at the USA level will also be invited to advance on to an international round of competition, the 2026 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence. Winners of both the Grand Prix and the Prix d’Excellence gain access to unique platforms for their projects throughout the extensive FIABCI network of international chapters and global partners.
