A unique interest in young people has led to 160 interns serving from one month to one year in my office. We have a web page dedicated to the outstanding performance of these students as they launch their careers. We call it Interns Quarters. We have featured a very complex International Transaction as a Case Study on our web site. I served as the sole representative in Brazil at Rio+20 for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors who managed a blog I sent daily from the UN Global Compact Sustainability Conference. In 2008 I was selected to the Working Group of ISO 26000 the International Standard for Social Responsibility. I teach for MENARES (Middle East North Africa RE Society). I have served over 10 years as VP Legislation and Environment Committee and in 2008 Co-chair of Eco Film Festival on Water as it Relates to RE. Second festival in St. Petersburg, 2012. Since 2005 I have served as UN Representative to NY with two terms presiding over International Organizations for FIABCI and all 20+ UN Representatives. I was awarded the Medal of Honor from FIABCI in 2009. I have spoken to more than 37 groups since 2008 from Russia, Middle East and US Sites. I am leading Private Sector Trade and Investment Missions from Asia and the ME. I am currently working on a book focused on Foreign Direct Investment. Appointed UN NY Representative for FIABCI for 12th year in 2016. Selected to UN Global Compact/RICS Steering Group preparing Global Best Practices Tools.
