Education/Experience
As an experienced Real Estate Professional with over 40 years experience working with buyers and sellers of residential properties in all price ranges, I am more than qualified to handle the most demanding clients. I listen very carefully to their desires and do my best to present only those properties which meet their criteria. The experience I have been fortunate to obtain is the knowledge that no matter where, who or what one may be, we are all humans reaching out to develop relationships with others and that's the fun of meeting people from all over the globe, talking to them, laughing with them and exchanging information even if sometimes there's a language barrier....showing an honest attempt at really wanting to communicate can overcome many language problems and add enormous goodwill to any situation!
Social/Volunteer Organizations
I am an ardent supporter of our local but very serious and professional theatre group and have appeared in local performances over the years.
I am also a long time contributor and supporter of our local Library which has been recognized many times nationally for innovation in programming and community outreach.
More Information
I have been the NAR President's Liaison to FNAIM, the French national Association for at least 12 years. The French leadership has entered the international market by conducting successful yearly meetings, titled "France meets the World". This past Congress brought over 100 foreign association representatives to Paris. I became NAR's Regional Coordinator for Western Europe, Israel and South Africa in 2013 which means I coordinate President's Liaisons assigned to our Cooperating Associations in those areas. I also travel and have been invited to various venues within my sphere of influence where I have spoken on "Relationship Building", "Need for Code of Ethics" training and Educational topics generally. In FIABCI's World Council of Brokers I was Chair of the Global Promotion & Development Division and have held the elected post of Secretary General of the World Council of Brokers for the past 4 years. Although I live in Westport, Ct. I have been a member of the New York Chapter for years, am presently the President-Elect for our national organization and look forward to leading FIABCI USA into a new Chapter with new programs, revitalized local Councils and an enthusiastic membership.
