Join us for the presentation of the International Property Markets Scorecard, a joint project between CIPE and the International Real Property Foundation, which seeks to answer this important question. It maps out the ecosystem of property markets in different countries to highlight the areas of strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities for reform.

Reliable and efficient property markets are also the foundation for economic growth and development that can help eliminate poverty. Yet, billions people around the world remain excluded from access to secure property rights and institutions needed to improve their livelihoods. How can property rights and markets be reformed?
